I own CFF 102mm f6.3 scope for one year and I can say now for sure that this is the best travelling scope I have ever used. It is only 50cm long and gives me outstanding images of the wide
star fields as well as planetary details. I have resolved the Delta Cygni with ease at 160x and can distinguish moons of the Jupiter - different colors and sizes. Simply great scope !!!
I bought CFF/GPU 140mm f8.5 oilspaced triplet a few months after I had received his little brother CFF 102mm scope. Because I had used the smaller APO for few months I knew what I should
expect. I wasn’t disappointed.
After more than six months of observing, I have to say I have chosen one of the best planetary APO. It has given me a lot of satisfaction during this period. Images of the Jupiter and Saturn at
200x-300x were simply spectacular on a few nights with great seeing. Planetary discs are very sharp and contrast. I can resolve very small Jupiter clouds details as well as the disc of every of its
moon. I can’t wait to see the Mars next Spring !!!
