General data regarding our telescopes:
LENSES:
- all lenses will have a minimum guaranteed Strehl of 0.96 in green light
- lens correction, by design, is made for human eye peak sensitivity of 555 nm
- all our lenses are multi-coated for best light transmission
- AS - lens has aspheric surface
- lens cell is collimatable via push/pull screws
OTA:
- all tubes and parts/adapters are made from high quality aluminium alloy, entire process taking place on CNC controlled machines
- all parts/adapters are anodized and/or powdercoated
- standard back-focus is 180mm
- if you want special back-focus (direct binoviewing), please specify at the time of order
- standard color is white for tube and dewshield, black for their adapters
- if you want other colors for tube and adapters, please specify at the time of order
All our products are tested twice, once by optician via interferometer and under night sky and second time, after final assembly, using artificial star
and under night sky again, to ensure perfect collimation, orthogonality and functionality in real conditions.
The number of telescopes available is limited due to the fact that to ensure excellent quality in all aspects, each lens and OTA is handcrafted one at the time.
